P3 are enjoying learning all about Living Things. We have identified the characteristics of living things.
We have spent time looking at the different animal groups and some were amazed to discover that they too are a mammal!

Our recent ABL session saw us sorting animals, completing fact files and trying to think of an animal for each letter of the alphabet.
Some children worked together at junk art while others used The Scratch app on iPads to code a moving Living Thing scene.
Next week will begin to look at plants and trees.
