P3 have had a great first week back at school.
The children talked a lot about their positive memories created during lockdown and the significance of ‘The Rainbow’.
They were also given the opportunity to feed our class ‘Worry Monster’ any worries they might have had with regards to returning to school.
For Literacy the children wrote about themselves and contributed to a whole class poem called ‘Like a Rainbow’.
Numeracy was revision of 2D Shape properties.
For Art the pupils drew self portraits.
It was definitely a busy couple of days for the children and I hope you agree that they have our classroom looking very bright already!
Next week our topic ‘Victorian Schools’ will be introduced to the class.
I hope you all have a great long weekend and I look forward to having the whole class back together again on Tuesday.
