Thank you so much to Julie-Anne and Rebekah for sharing with us today about the work they do that helps us. Rebekah was a dietitian who shared how important it is to exercise and to eat healthy food while also remembering that balance is best and treats are nice to have every now and then.
Julie-Anne was a doctor who talked to us about x-rays, stethoscopes and helped us make sure Jo the doll was feeling ok. We got to wear scrubs and try on a dietitian's uniform too!
We have been having such rich sessions learning about people in our community who make a difference in our lives!
