As part of our 'Minibeast' topic we learn about a lot of different species. We have loved learning about the different types of minibeast, however last week we were treated to a visit from a not-so-mini snail! His name is Sammy and he came to nursery for the day to help us learn more about snails and to help us with the topic and related artwork. Many thanks to the Crothers family who kindly leant us Sammy for the day - the children loved every second of his visit. Here are some pictures of his visit to the afternoon class.
