P6 divided into groups today to examine irreversible changes in materials.
First they mixed bicarbonate of soda with vinegar to cause a chemical reaction. This resulted in carbon dioxide being produced.
The second experiment was to mix vinegar with milk to make curds and whey and they we used the curds to make a form of plastic called casein.
