Last Thursday, we loaded up 2 buses filled with both nursery classes, nursery staff and some VERY brave parents, grandparents and family friends. We travelled en masse to Seaforde Butterfly House as an extension to our Minibeast topic.
Whilst there we enjoyed seeing the lifecycle of butterflies, seeing if we could get the butterflies to land on us and we also enjoyed a play in the park and a trip through the maze (some groups were more successful than others)! Then it was time for our packed lunches before loading the buses and returning to school.
We had a fanastic time at Seaforde and the nursery staff would like to say a huge thank you to all our adult helpers; without your help and support this trip would not happen!
